Country Manager Germany (m/w/d)

The person we are looking for reports to the management.

Reason for occupation:
The organization for Germany is based in the north of Germany, currently the build-up within the federal territory is in progress.
The company is looking for a person with a clear entrepreneurial orientation who can provide significant technical support for further expansion in Germany with a strong sense of personal responsibility. Desired is a person who uses their network to also identify appropriate project approaches at an early stage. Knowledge of the players (and multipliers) in the market (civil engineers, municipal utilities, district councils) should be available.

Location:
The task can be realized via a home office in Germany. For the maintenance of a home office, the technical equipment is provided.

Main activities:
– to built up a go to market strategy
– Market analysis, evaluation of existing information about known and identification of new users
– Acquisition of new customers and projects
– Evaluation of tender texts and service lists
– Creation and processing of project lists and forecasts, market analysis, market research
– Responsibility for and ensuring budgeted order intake while maintaining gross profit
– Participation in trade fairs and in-house events

 

REQUIREMENT PROFILE

Age range:
There are no fixed regulations, ultimately the experience decides.

Education:
A technical basis with subsequent commercial practical experience is just as conceivable as a commercial basis, according to which a good technical knowledge has been acquired. The understanding of technology as the core of the ability to argue is of outstanding importance.

Work experience:
A very good expertise in telecommunications network technology/ broadband and Infrastructure is expected. Ideally, experience in the development of sales territories in the industry environment is required.

IT-Knowledge:
Secure user knowledge of the modern Office programs is expected.

Language skills:
Absolutely legally capable English skills and German skills are required
